There is something so extremely happy about a painted front door
in a bright color! We've been playing with the idea of painting our door
orange but these other colors are making the decision pretty difficult!

Colored front doors work for me- I have a yellow house with a blue door and started a trend in the neighborhood. Great pics!
I love the idea of a subdued red or blue for a house in my neighborhood. I like the brighter colors as well, especially for a beach house.

Nothing says 'welcome' quite like a boldly-painted front door. I wish we didn't rent, otherwise I'd have a chic red door greeting all who passed.
